1.Fig.7 and 8 are incorrectly presented in reverse order. 2.The chromatogram exists the unique peak, it suggests the purity of standard is 99.1%? where is the impurities? 3.The MW of 118 AAs monomer and 110 AAs monomer( with 8 amino acids dissimilarity) are 13249 and 12357,rather than 13093 and 12199.
