Bioscience Methods (ISSN 1925-1920) is an open access, peer reviewed journal published online by BioSci Publisher. The journal publishes all the latest and outstanding research articles, letters and reviews in all areas of bioscience, the range of topics including (but are not limited to) technology review, technique know-how, lab tool, statistical software and known technology modification. Case studies on technologies for gene discovery and function validation as well as genetic transformation.
Bioscience Methods (ISSN 1925-1920) is archived in LAC (Library and Archives Canada) and deposited in CrossRef. The Journal has been indexed by ProQuest as well.
Bioscience Methods is published online by the BioSci Publisher, an independent publishing platform based British Columbia of Canada. The BioSci Publisher applies the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License (CCAL) to all works published in this journal. Under the terms of CCAL, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their article and have granted to any third party to reuse, reprint, disseminate and unlimited download, provided the original authors and source are right cited. No permission is required from the authors or the publishers.
All journals under BioSci Publisher do not require article processing charges (APCs) and offer free publication and free access. However, Open access publications are not without costs. As a publisher, BioSci Publisher needs to pay platform operation fees to publishing platform operators. These fees are used for server rentals, journal publishing systems, publishing databases, access space, software upgrades, and the daily operation and maintenance of the journal publishing system. In order to promote the prosperity and development of open access journals, we encourage research institutions, researchers, and authors publishing in BioSci Publisher journals to make voluntary donations. We appreciate your support for the open access publishing model.
Our journal operates on a no-fee basis, and all submissions undergo a peer-review process. We prioritize HTML publication and PDF versions will be available within 30 days after HTML publication.
